The board of ATSA consists of representatives from fourteen of the island's timeshare resorts. Election of board officers is accomplished at the end of the year by general consensus. The board takes office at the start of the new year.

2008 Board of Directors

President: Jan van Nes, General Manager of the Playa Linda Beach Resort
Jan van Nes is a tourism industry veteran, having served as one of the island's first, local- born General Managers as head of the Aruba Beach Club. He later spearheaded initiatives for Aruba's tourism as a whole as the Director of the Aruba Tourism Authority. He currently serves as the General Manager of Playa Linda Beach Resort, while also dedicating his time as President of the Aruba Timeshare Association as well as a member of the Aruba Hospitality and Security Foundation.

Treasurer: Andy Osbourne, Managing Director of Paradise Beach Villas
Andy Osbourne's unfailing insights into timeshare have led to valuable contributions as General Manager of the Aruba Beach Club, Casa del Mar and LaQuinta Beach Resort, and is currently at Paradise Beach Villas. He has served in the past as the President of the Aruba Timeshare Association, and currently holds the position of Treasurer.

Secretary: Aisa van der Biezen, General Manager of Casa del Mar Beach Resort
Aisa van der Biezen has devoted the majority of her career to timeshare, working primarily with Casa del Mar, where, since 2003, she has served as the General Manager. During her tenure, she has initiated several positive changes at the resort, while also functioning for several sequential years as the ATSA Secretary. As an Aruban and a female tourism executive -- only one of four currently working as resort General Managers - she remains a role model in the community.
